Installation and commissioning
VBR engineers can integrate the MetalSCAN system into your operations. The installation and commissioning process takes a few days. To minimize downtime, we can schedule this during planned outages.
- Installation
- Removal and replacement of selected flexible oil hoses
- Installation of sensors, sensor stands, and cable bulkhead seals
- Fabrication and installation of new high-pressure flexible oil hoses
- Installation and connection of the control unit, sensor cables, and communication cables
