How VBR adds value to inspections
Every operator has different needs, requirements and challenges. That’s why VBR doesn’t believe in ‘one size fits’ all solutions.
Our engineering team will customize a solution based on your situation. We will balance your engine’s performance needs and try to reduce hourly operating costs. Our team will inform and advise you every step of the way. And remember, VBR will treat your engine as if it’s our own.
Findings and recommendations
At the end of your inspection, VBR will determine if your engine is serviceable or unserviceable. If your engine is unserviceable for any reason, our field service manager and engineer will meet with you to discuss how to fix the problem in a way that minimizes downtime.
If your engine is serviceable, our engineers will recommend improvements where applicable. We may recommend that you review the latest service bulletin, update the control system or replace a part during the next service outage. The idea is to minimize downtime and ensure engine serviceability.
Maintenance Service Agreement (LTSA)
VBR prioritizes customers with Maintenance Service Agreements (LTSA). Our agreements can cover field services, spare parts, remote digital maintenance services, implementing service bulletins, and access to our helpdesk.
