This privacy and cookie policy applies to any use of our website and to all personal data offered to or processed by VBR Turbine Partners.
We take our duty with respect to your privacy and the processing of your personal data seriously. Therefore, we have implemented the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in a secure manner.

Please read our privacy policy carefully as it states how and for what purposes we process personal data. By providing us with personal data, you consent to the processing and, where necessary to the execution of your request or our agreement, the transfer of personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

Our privacy and cookie policy comprises 3 parts. The first part of the policy relates to the personal data of customers, potential customers and suppliers. The second part relates to the personal data of our other relations. The third part is the general part, which relates to personal data of all relations.

Part 1: Privacy policy relating to customers, potential customers, suppliers and other contractors

Collecting and using your personal data if you are one of our customers, potential customers, suppliers or contractors:

Please note that we will collect and use the personal data you provide as this is necessary to conclude and perform any agreement with you. This applies to our customers and potential customers, as well as to the parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are one of our customers or potential customers, we will use your data to be able to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or wishes a particular good or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or carry out work for you, to be able to invoice and to communicate with you in a smooth and efficient manner about the performance aspects of the agreement.

If you are a supplier, potential supplier or other contractor, your personal data will also be necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement. Upon purchase, this is necessary to allow us to let you know which specifications or wishes a particular good or service should meet in our view, to send a request for a quotation or to place an order with you, to pay your invoices and to communicate quickly and efficiently with you regarding other aspects of the agreement.
You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, we may be unable to perform the aforementioned activities.

Part 2: Privacy policy relating to relations that are not customers, potential customers or suppliers.

Please note that we will collect and use the personal data you provide, either because you have given us permission to do so or because this is necessary for the protection of our interests. We process the following data: name, address and contact details.

If you are one of our relations, we will use your data to contact you for purposes that are in the interest of our company. Consider, for example, discussing possible cooperation, providing and obtaining information and maintaining our network.

You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, we may not be able to realize the aforementioned purposes.

Direct Marketing

If you have given us permission, we will retain the personal data you have provided and use these to inform you personally by email of our existing and new products and services and, if necessary, to make you a related offer. Each time we send you an advertising email, you have the option to let us know if you no longer wish to receive such messages. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.

Transfer to third parties

In addition, we use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our contact database. If you are one of our relations, your personal data form part of this. For this reason, your personal data will be provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for emails and other files. Because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will be passed on to the provider of this service.
